Our booking prices already include our special CBG service - that is

- a welcome drink upon your arrival

- a daily early morning drink right after waking up

- a rich breakfast à la carte, coffee or tea à discrètion all over the day,

- a surprising afternoon snack,

- the guest’s private laundry,

- room service and night guard,

- a safety box and a refrigerator in all houses,

- stereo system, a selection of CDs and a small library (except the Lumbung)

- e-mail- and internet access via broad-band modem

- free use of our table-tennis facilities

- a parking lot

- tax and service fee (commonly in Bali 20-25%)

Long-stay discount: for more than10 and 20 nights, on request, depending of season

Payment in Bali only in cash (in Euro, equivalent USD or Indonesia Rupiah)

Transfer

from and to the airport by our brand new air-conditioned and comfortable cars

more than 3 people require 2 cars.

The transfer is a three-hours drive (about 135 km) across a 1700 m high mountain pass from Denpasar at the south-west coast to Singaraja and Air Sanih at the north–east coast of Bali.

Day tours

up to ca 300 km or 7 hours, accompanied by Pak Cilik or driver 50,00 EUR

more than 300 km / 7 hours 60,00 EUR

half-day tour up to max. 4 hours accompanied by Pak Cilik or driver 35,00 EUR

these prices apply for one guest, every additional guest 5,00 more EUR

These prices do not include entrance fees and donations for temples, museums, exhibitions and dance performances, bathing places and trails.

Telcommunication

In Air Sanih we have direct cable - telephone and internet access, in Tejakula there is no cable connection yet. But at both locations we meanwhile have good mobile-phone reception. Since October 2007 in all houses we offer e-mail- and internet access via broad-band modem/satellite.

Telcom services here are still a bit limited, so we can not yet provide a sound price checking, since Telcom so far does not have a pulse system here. You have to check the time connected by yourself - and we have to trust you ….

If you just want to check your mail box from time to time, we offer this service free of costs. If you want to use the modem more frequently and for longer times, we will ask you to contribute 5 to 10 Euro per week depending of the time of use.
Indonesia does not have a private phone market yet and Telcom prices for private phone stations have increased frequently during the last years, in total by more than 100%. Therefore we had to adjust our prices too.
Overseas phone calls or – faxes to European countries or North America

Minimum charge is 3 minutes = 90.000 Rupiah

Every additional minute is 30.000 Rupiah
Interregional phone calls or faxes (to Jakarta and other places in Java etc

are 25.000 Rupiah per minute (there is no minimum charge)
Interlocal phone calls or faxes (inside Bali)

are 15.000 Rupiah per minute (no minimum charge)

Local phone calls (that means also your internet access) are free of charge.

Booking, arrival and transportation

You can contact us in Germany as well as in Bali by telephone, fax and e-mail. If you wish to make a reservation, please write an e-Mail to our booking address in Bali. To cover for all eventualities, we will sign a leasing contract with you and ask you for a deposit.

We shall be pleased to pick you up at the airport if you give us the name of your airline, and the date and exact time of your arrival ! Should you wish to come on your own, it is advisable to take the fast North-South route connecting Tabanan, Bedugul and Singaraja. It will take you about three hours to get from the airport to Air Sanih. But please consider that after a long and tiring flight you will be confronted with a traffic situation that is fundamentally different from what you are used to in Europe.

In Air Sanih we can provide a rented car on a daily basis or for your whole stay at favourable conditions. But you can also have Pak Cilik or a driver to drive you around the countryside in our own car, relax and focus your concentration on the surrounding sights.
